XDD pledge

5% of the market transaction fee is reserved for the team to maintain operations, and no less than 5% of the transaction fee is returned to Chill ecosystem. Other taxes collected by Chill will be remitted to the treasury, and it is up to the XDD pledger to decide how to implement them.

By locking XDDs into the profit pool, players will have higher voting power.
